A collaborative project to design, direct and manage a performance to a given piece of music.
As a group we decided to make our piece look like a dinner party with a group of friends.
Hat making
I was inspired by 'The Capital' from The Hunger Games for the costumes.
I wanted extreme colour blocking in the costumes and lighting and abstract shapes, which was incorporated with the hats.
I made the hats out of hats that our wardrobe department were getting rid of, and I embelished them with found materials that are all on their second or third life such as pompoms, feathers and material.
